The Survival Challenge

A woodland format built around practical tasks such as shelter building, fire lighting and working together with limited resources.

We’re currently arranging a local Yorkshire venue. Enquire to discuss future availability and the experience you have in mind.

Outcomes

What the day can open up.

  • Communication

Notice the difference between talking, listening and understanding one another.

  • Leadership without titles

Away from the hierarchy, different people often step forward.

  • Decisions under time pressure

Pause, weigh what matters and choose a next step together.

  • Resourcefulness

Use what is available and find another way when a plan changes.

  • Connection

Shared challenges make for natural conversation and stories worth telling.

  • Time away from screens

Move, breathe and concentrate away from messages and notifications.

No guaranteed business results. Every group is different.
