- Six to ten participants
- Guided by Tom and Dan

When did you last do something that made you feel truly alive?
To head into the hills. Try something unfamiliar. Laugh freely. Finish the day tired, happy and proud of what you’ve done.
Perhaps that part of you has been waiting behind work, responsibilities and “one day”.
Give it a weekend.
Picture yourself here.
You unzip your tent. Cool air on your face. The first light catching the mountains.
Yesterday, you were exploring unfamiliar ground, learning to navigate and watching the evening light fade around camp.
Now you’re holding a warm drink, taking in the view. Your phone can wait.
There’s a whole day of adventure ahead.

A post pops up on Facebook for a wild camping weekend, I’m in! Not fully realising what I'd signed up to. The Summer Reset was life changing for me and made me realise how much I can push my body without food. I also let go of so much trauma that I'd held for 20 years. It really was a reset. I can now cold water swim, I can fully function on a hike without food and it have no impact on my performance. I'm less emotional. I'm clearer in my thought process and have been able to put a life plan together.....
...So I decided to put myself through The Long Night with this newly found set of super powers. I had concerns about lasting 24 hours, but reality is you have no choice, you are doing it and hour by hour the darkness makes you that little bit braver. With Tom and Dan there to keep you safe & calm.
Was I broken at the end, YES. Had I pushed myself to my limit, YES. Had I silenced the self doubt, YES.
...This isn't therapy on the mountain side, it's a chance to take away the noise of life, focus on you, engage in the surroundings, and question your life path in the safety of Tom and Dan - they aren't here to give answers, just ask the questions. Both events are really helping me shape my future life path and I'm very excited about where it takes me.

Growth
Discover what you’re capable of.
Read a map. Choose a direction. Learn to make yourself at home outdoors.
You’ll develop practical skills and build confidence through things you actually do. With guidance and encouragement, unfamiliar tasks become achievements you can take home.
The next time you wonder, “Could I do that?”, you’ll have something real to draw on.

Dom’s testimonial

I laughed, cried and climbed a mountain at 2am. It was an incredible experience. A big thank you to Tom and Dan for hosting the retreat.
The weekend brought challenging hikes, breathwork sessions and time to reflect, alongside laughter, emotion and a great group of people. Even with the thunderstorms, there was a real sense of connection.
Without phones or contact with the outside world, it was a chance to switch off. Being outdoors felt natural, and the equipment held up through the storm and rain. My body ached afterwards, but I’m already looking forward to getting out there and challenging myself again.
Summer solstice 2025 is a weekend I’ll always remember.
— Dom

Keeley’s testimonial

“I feel like I’ve found myself again.”
My self-esteem was really low, but since working with Tom and Dan I’ve found so much more confidence in myself.
I’ve now been solo camping three times, started ticking off the Wainwrights and I’m genuinely really enjoying doing it on my own.
A massive thank you to Tom and Dan for the coaching, for accepting me as I am and giving me the confidence to embrace myself and all my inner quirks.
