This page explains what happens to information you send through this website.
Enquiries
If you use an enquiry form we store your name, email, the topic and anything you choose to add, such as company, phone, group size, preferred area and dates, and your message. We use it to reply to you.
Please do not put health information in forms or emails.
Where email is configured we send an acknowledgement and notify the organisers. If email is unavailable your enquiry is still saved and we tell you so on screen.
Marketing
We record your choice if you tick the separate optional updates box. It is not required for an enquiry or booking. Sending updates is not yet configured.
Bookings and payment
Online payments are not currently available. No card details are collected by this website. Before bookings open, we will explain the hosted payment provider and the information needed for a booking.
Free resources
Our free resources open on external services, including our programme platform and Facebook, which have their own privacy practices.
